    ApeCoin’s trade volume has surpassed $6.7 billion in the previous 24 hours, surpassing USDT, BTC, and ETH. ApeCoin’s trade volume on Binance has topped $1.5 billion, making it the most liquid cryptocurrency on the exchanges.

    BAYC’s $APE price reached $40 after being listed on FTX before plummeting to $8.

    Users with BAYC NFT will receive 10094 APE, whereas users with MAYC will receive 2042 APE. The APE’s market cap has crossed $2 billion, and its FDV has surpassed $8 billion, placing it among the top 20 cryptocurrencies.

    According to Nansen, the gas charge on Ethereum has been surging as a result of the withdrawal and transaction of ApeCoin Token, with the median reaching 340gwei at one time.

    According to Etherscan, more than 38 million ApeCoins have been claimed, while the ApeCoin foundation announced a total of 150 million airdrops. Furthermore, when the airdrop was launched, BAYC’s floor price fell. The price of APE tokens is now about $8.

    ApeCoin is a governance and utility token based on ERC-20 that is used inside the APE ecosystem. The ApeCoin DAO, a decentralized organization in which each token holder has a vote on governance and the usage of the Ecosystem Fund, owns and operates ApeCoin. The only criterion for ApeCoin DAO membership is the possession of ApeCoin.

    ApeCoin’s total supply is permanently set at one billion tokens. ApeCoin supply is distributed as follows: 15% to BAYC MAYC holders, 47% to the treasury, 16% to Yuga Labs + Charity, 8% to BAYC founders, and 14% to launch contributors. Tokens will be available for claim beginning tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. ET. BAYC and MAYC NFT holders will be eligible for the airdrop claim, which will consist of 15% of the entire supply of ApeCoin.

    ApeCoin DAO’s council members include Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, Amy Wu of FTX, Maaria Bajwa of Sound Ventures, Yat Siu of Animoca, and Dean Steinbeck of Horizen Labs.
