• Binance Card Now Accepts SHIB, XRP, and AVAX Cryptocurrencies

  • Binance, one of the world’s largest crypto ecosystems, has announced the addition of XRP, Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Avalanche (AVAX) as payment methods for the Binance Card. The cryptocurrencies join Binance’s already broad roster, which includes BTC, BUSD, and ETH, as well as tokens from soccer clubs SANTOS, PORTO, and LAZIO.

At this time, inhabitants of the European Economic Area, as well as Ukrainian refugees granted asylum in those countries, will be allowed to test the new payment options. Binance issued the card in order to operate in this location after acquiring a license for its Lithuanian partner. Binance Card is not yet accepted for payment in other countries.

If you are a Shib Army member or a long-term XRP holder, you must give it the highest priority in the list in order to pay using your preferred coin. Six coins must be prioritized in total before the card can be used.

    Payment in cryptocurrency

Sports club tokens may be useful, especially if you are a die-hard fan who want to pay with them. However, it appears that using XRP and SHIB for these purposes and including support for them into Binance Card is the more apparent solution. Both tokens, in addition to having many millions of holders, fit nicely with the concept of cryptocurrency as a direct means of payment. XRP is the primary liquidity engine in the large Ripple and XRPL product network. SHIB was first acknowledged as a form of payment a long time ago, and as time passes, more businesses provide services for what was originally conceived as a meme.

AVAX, while slightly outside of this range, nonetheless contributes points to Avalanche, which uses the token in its efforts to fuel transactions.
