The monies are distributed as follows:

    • $500,000 to support the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society’s joint emergency relief activities. These contributions will be used to provide medical assistance and essential necessities to displaced Ukrainians.
    • $200,000 to ASAP Rescue, a Ukrainian volunteer organization that helps residents evacuate during times of social unrest or national disasters.
    • $300,000 to the Ministry of Social Policy and Global Giving to assist Ukrainians in obtaining food, shelter, and medical treatment.

Currency.com US Chief Executive Officer Stever Gregory expressed sympathy for Ukrainians suffering by the country’s situation. Gregory underlines Currency.com’s concern for the events in Ukraine, particularly as a multinational team.

We are deeply concerned, as is the rest of the world, by the tragic events unfolding in Ukraine. As a worldwide firm with an international team, we believe it is our responsibility to assist anyone affected by this war. We will continue to closely follow events and stand ready to provide extra assistance to the people of Ukraine.

Gregory also expresses how Currency.com’s emotions go out to the inhabitants of Ukraine who are currently involved in the conflict. “Many people have been forced to evacuate their houses due to frigid temperatures, power outages, and food shortages.” “Every day is a battle to stay alive,” Gregory added.

We will continue to closely follow events and stand ready to provide extra assistance to the people of Ukraine. Gregory also added.
