Orbs Blockchain has launched the next phase of its community awards program in order to assist the growth and technological progress of the global blockchain ecosystem.
Orbs has announced the launch of the second round of its grant program.
According to an announcement made on its social media channels, blockchain platform Orbs has begun the application process for its second community grants program.
The large ecosystem support project, known as the Orbs Ecosystem Grant Program (OEGP), is aimed at expanding community participation and investigating new prospects in cryptocurrency markets.
This promotion was launched by the Orbs platform with the introduction of its v2.5 upgrade, dubbed The Age of Guardians. The initial ecosystem funding program resulted in a significant infusion of liquidity to Orbs-based applications.
The first round of OEGP concentrated on the DeFi section and the development of infrastructure for decentralized applications (dApps) in order to improve the developer experience for all engineers interested in Orbs.
Orbs’ blockchain technology will be used by new projects.
The next second round will highlight projects that are prepared to exploit Orbs’ hybrid infrastructure for various use cases in the dApps and DeFi markets.
In OEGP Round2, any ideas on how to use Orbs’ network of validators and distributed ecology of nodes are welcome. All Orbs infrastructure is completely interoperable with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), opening up the possibility of cross-chain projects.
Many top-tier EVM-compatible chains, such as Binance Smart Chain and Polygon Network, have recently been integrated into the Orbs platform (MATIC).
