• Seneca Women and Nifty Gateway have teamed up to promote gender equality

  • Seneca Women, a global leadership platform, is collaborating with Nifty Gateway to launch an exclusive NFT collection. The drop, titled “The Seneca Women Equality Collection,” will be available on Nifty Gateway’s marketplace on April 25. In essence, the collection will include female artists depicting their dreams of a society where equality reigns supreme. As part of the effort, a portion of the sale earnings will be invested in additional female-led Web3 projects.

Seneca Women’s goal with NFTs is to achieve gender equality.

Seneca Women has chosen a group of female digital artists to assist with the NFT collection in order to promote gender equality. Miss Al Simpson, Ola Volo, Mercedes deBellard, Monica Rizzolli, Izzakko, and Stina Jones are among the artists who have so far been enlisted.

The global leadership group, in particular, will collaborate with Mercedes deBellard to offer an open edition collection. We can understand why. The gifted Spanish painter is well-known for his bizarre celebrity portraits. In fact, her artworks are extensively shared on Pinterest and Tumblr. Take a look at these if you haven’t already.

Kim Azzarelli, co-founder of Seneca Women, believes that financial inclusion has a lot of potential in Web3. “Combine it with the strength of women, and you get the potential for exponential development and impact, what we at Seneca Women like to think of as WoFi–where the women’s economy meets Web3,” she continued.

In addition, more artists will be revealed along the way by the team. This year’s Seneca Women Creators Forum at the Metropolitan Museum of Art will also feature these artists.

Overall, Web3 is about restoring power to the people. No one is barred from having a stake in the game. Since the introduction of NFT technology, we have observed an increase in the number of women-led NFT projects. This contains the popular World of Women NFT, as well as recent additions such as the Elf Princess NFT and the TRIBE X NFT.
