• Shiba Inu (SHIB) NFT Drop: What You Should Know About Shiboshis

  • The team recently announced plans to release its own NFT collection.

The post explained that the 10,000 digitalized “lovable creatures” will be set for sale “next week (or earlier),” and it promised to provide a “heads up” before the official launch.

Initially, the Shiba Inu NFTs will be available only on the protocol’s DEX – ShibaSwap, where buying and trading will be “completely free (except for the gas fee).”

In the first 24 hours after the launch, users will be able to buy them only with LEASH – one of the native tokens of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. After that time period, ETH purchases will also be available.

Shiba Inu NFTs will initially be available only on ShibaSwap, the protocol’s DEX, where buying and trading will be “completely free (except for the gas fee).”

Users will be able to purchase them only with LEASH – one of the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s native tokens – for the first 24 hours after the launch. After that time period, ETH purchases will be available as well.

The first 3,000 Shiboshis, as they are known, will be sold for 0.1 ETH in LEASH tokens. The next 5,000 will cost 0.2 ETH, and the last 5,000 will cost 0.3 ETH. A single wallet can only purchase a maximum of ten NFTs.

Buyers who are willing to pay $100 in SHIB will also be able to rename their newly acquired digital art. Shiboshis will be given generic names such as 00001.

Once the user has renamed his NFT and paid the $100 in SHIB, the funds will be transferred to a designated wallet and burned. The statement reads, “If everyone names their Shiboshis, that will be a $1 million dollar burn.”

The team promised that there will be a Shiboshi Game in which all NFT holders will be able to use them in strategic gameplay. Some of them will include “corresponding gameplay elements.”

Some Shiboshis, for example, will have the infamous Laser Eyes, which “may give the player the ability to attack long distance.”
