• The largest virtual land sale in metaverse history has reached $5 million

  • The Biggest Virtual Property Sale: A new deal has made metaverse history, with a research company dropping 5 million big ones on multiple plots of land in a relatively unknown metaverse.

Curzio Research, a financial publishing company, has announced the purchase of a large stretch of virtual land in a metaverse named TCG World. They spent $5 million on the transaction. This broke the previous record of $4.3 million for a plot in the Sandbox.

TCG World is not a well-known name in the metaverse. Curzio Research, the virtual land buyer, did not appear to be concerned. In TCG’s metaverse, the firm has secured 19 commercial real estate parcels. The $5 million acquisition consists of 12 City 128m × 128m plots and 7 City 256m x 256m plots.

To date, this is the largest virtual land sale.

According to Curzio Research, this will be the largest virtual land sale to date. TCG will receive cash as well as Curzio Research security tokens in exchange. The tokens indicate a share of the company’s ownership.

Curzio Research was founded by Frank Curzio. “The metaverse is the internet’s replacement.” A decentralized, permissionless environment in which individuals can freely create and own their digital material. TCG World had all of the characteristics — gamification, entertainment, social, and business – to develop a real open metaverse when I was exploring the choices. Furthermore, its cheap price structure encourages user and developer creativity. We’re excited to be a part of this pro-growth paradigm in an industry with tremendous upside potential.”

Curzio Research has chosen to be a part of TCG World’s Asia area. It will establish its headquarters near WallStreetBets. Curzio VIP members and other investors can gather here. Members can also attend live events, listen to exclusive Wall Street Unplugged podcasts, attend informative seminars, and network with other investors.

Curzio expects their Research offices to be completed in time for the official debut of TCG World. This is scheduled for September 2022.
