Former professional boxer Mike Tyson recently asked the cryptocurrency community on Twitter if Solana is better than rival Ethereum, with Solana emerging as a new contender for the smart contract crown.

In Tyson’s responses, supporters of the two competing cryptocurrencies began trading punches.

Some, on the other hand, agreed that they both have distinct value propositions that set them apart. Dmitry Buterin, the father of Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, jumped into the fray to add some optimism to the debate.

Meanwhile, Bitcoiners urged “Iron Mike” to disregard both projects and concentrate on the crypto king.
